Ademola is an accomplished Electrical and Electronics Engineer and entrepreneur with over a decade of technical and leadership experience. He founded Sheffy Adey World in 2022 — a lab that bridges traditional electrical infrastructure and modern smart technology through innovative IoT solutions.

His academic foundation spans a B.Eng in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, and a Postgraduate Degree in Telecommunications from the University of Ibadan. His research centres on the evolution of wireless communication, with specific expertise in WCDMA and interference cancellation in wireless channels.

Before founding Sheffy Adey World, Ademola spent several years with the Coca-Cola Hellenic Group, honing industrial operations and engineering management inside a fast-paced, global environment. He leads every engagement with a product mindset: strategy grounded in implementation, and execution measured by real deployment outcomes — not slide decks.
